BATTLE YOUR DEMONS
PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE
Here you will see how I have managed my time with the project, and how I adhered to the professional practices used widely in the industry.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT – GANTT CHART
Below I have put together a Gantt chart for my project, it finished on the 7th May which is the final deadline for the project. But I will also be making another Gantt chart for the project once it has been finished for college. The reason being, is that a friend and I are going to continue developing it to turn it into a full-fledged game, like we are doing for my first year game project.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT – DEVELOPMENT BUDGET
This is an example of the possible minimum budget that we would be looking at if development of Battle your Demons continued after college. It doesn’t currently show staff wages as it may not be possible to do it as a full-time role, and may be done in our spare time. It would all depend on if we could get the funding for it. Which we looking at obtaining funding.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT – SPRINT SHEETS
Below I have added multiple screen shots of sprint sheets that I have completed, the first one being just before the end of term one. The rest I have done weekly from the 13th January, and I will update it weekly by adding a new sprint sheet once it is completed. They show what I have accomplished within the previous 7 days prior to filling it out, and what I want to accomplish within the next 7 days after filling out.
